The following are popular drinks that do not only provide warmth to your body, but heats up your immune system and may possibly prevent ailments. This is due to the antioxidants found on these drinks that help counteract the damage effects of oxygen on our body tissues.  Our body tissues are stripped off of electron molecules from inside tissues that leaves behind free radicals that are the agents in causing heart problems, cancers and other diseases or ailments.

    • Tea- Studies showed that drinking chamomile tea increases the levels of compounds hippurate (hippuric acid) and glycine that helps in female reproductive activity. And also lowers the levels of creatinine that may have been the result of the activity of antioxidants caused by chamomile tea. Chamomile is known to have microbe-killing capabilities. This was figured out to help improve health by fighting infections.
    • Other good stuffs like dates is known to have the most antioxidants based on serving size. Fruits and vegetables are also highly recommended to be of great sources of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber.
