Face renewal- Reinvigorate and exfoliate your skin and whole body to restore a healthy glow. Using your favorite selected product, gently buff away rough spots and dry skin cells remember to repeat the process regularly to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and in perfect health.

You can also try facial mud mask for further rejuvenation of your face. Apply facial mud mask for at least once a week to dry out problem areas of the skin, relax the facial muscles and relieve tension lines. Allow the mask to dry as you relax on anyway you want while reading, writing or simply watching TV or movies.



Body renewal- Doing a daily body rub that involves dipping a white washcloth in warm water and vigorously rubbing every square inch on the body will leave the skin feeling fresh and renewed as well as freeing the mind.
